1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and lol606 ("lol606," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the lol606 online gaming platform, including its website at lol606.net, any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, and all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and related services made available through the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of lol606 services, you are required to create a registered account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered account on the lol606 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lol606 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any bonuses claimed, and forfeit any winnings generated through the duplicate account.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lol606 Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lol606 will treat any activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. 4 Identity Verification (KYC)

lol606 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with its obligations under applicable Philippine anti-money laundering and gaming regulations. By registering on lol606, you agree to submit to this verification process when requested.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, UMID card, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., GCash account screenshot, BDO or BPI passbook page).
• A selfie photograph holding your government-issued ID, as requested by the lol606 verification team.

lol606 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Submission of falsified or doctored documents is a criminal offence under Philippine law and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits on lol606 are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). lol606 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels made available on the platform from time to time. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit. lol606 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. lol606 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes published on the platform for each payment method — GCash withdrawals are typically approved within 5 to 30 minutes after lol606 review during operational hours. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider systems, public holidays in the Philippines, and bank processing schedules.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

lol606 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where lol606 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any balance withheld pending investigation will be held in accordance with lol606's obligations under applicable Philippine regulations.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment channel and are displayed in the player's account cashier section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed and the player will be notified accordingly.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

lol606 offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Most lol606 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from bonus-derived funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the individual bonus terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

lol606 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing hedged bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; and exploiting technical errors or misconfigured bonus parameters. Where bonus abuse is identified, lol606 reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to suspend the account in question.

6.3 Eligibility

Not all promotions are available to all players. 7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the lol606 platform:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration or subsequent account use.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to access, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of lol606.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

Breach of any of the above prohibited conduct provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonus funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the lol606 platform — including but not limited to the lol606 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of lol606 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lol606 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the lol606 platform without the prior written consent of lol606.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lol606 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the lol606 platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, delays, or errors in game software or third-party payment systems that are outside lol606's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your lol606 Login credentials.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

lol606 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• lol606 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to use the platform.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement body instructs lol606 to suspend or close the account.
• The account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero balance.

You may request voluntary closure of your lol606 account at any time by contacting lol606 support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and these Terms.

12 Amendments to These Terms

lol606 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lol606 will provide reasonable notice to registered players through the platform or via the email address registered to your account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
