Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, your data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where data must be retained for a longer period due to an ongoing legal proceeding, regulatory investigation, or dispute, retention will continue until the matter is resolved.

11 Children & Minors

The lol606 platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. lol606 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.

Where lol606 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an account has been registered by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age, that account will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be held pending investigation, and the relevant personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable law. 12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of lol606's service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and game software licensors — may process or store personal data on servers located outside the Philippines.
